📌Processing Time
Every item is handcrafted just for you. Processing begins only after you approve your design proof/mockup, not when the order is placed.
Please allow 7–14 business days from the time of proof approval for production before your order ships.

Preorder items follow a separate timeline and will ship once inventory arrives.

📌 Shipping Policy
Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the most affordable rate. Delivery takes 3–5 business days after processing.
Shipping caps: Apparel $12.99, Tumblers $13.99, Books $7.99. Excess shipping charges will be refunded.

📌 Bulk Order Policy (20+ Items)
Orders containing 20 or more items (shirts, hoodies, tumblers, or mixed products) require a custom shipping quote. Email [email protected] before purchasing so we can calculate accurate shipping and send an invoice.

📌 Custom Item Policy
Personalized items cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once production begins. Double-check all spelling, images, and customization details before submitting your order.

📌 Preorder Policy (Signed Books)
Preorders ship only after author copies arrive from the printer. Once author copies are received, allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus 3–5 business days for delivery. Preorders cannot be canceled.

📌 Local Pickup
Free pickup is available for customers in Texarkana, Atlanta TX, and Queen City. Once your order is ready, you will be contacted to arrange a pickup time and location. Pickup is by appointment only.

📌 Returns & Refunds
Custom items are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours or the item arrives damaged. For damaged orders, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
