Custom Order Instructions

We’ve made custom ordering simpler and faster!
Most customers can now enter their customization details directly in the Notes section at checkout.

The Custom Order Form is still available for photo-heavy designs, large requests, or customers who prefer using it — but it is no longer required for every order.

1. How to Submit Your Custom Details

✔️ Add your customization in the Notes box at checkout

Include:

  • Names / text

  • Colors

  • Design concept

  • Shirt or tumbler color

  • Placement or layout preferences

  • Personalization for signed paperbacks

✔️ If your design requires PHOTOS or a LOGO

Email files to:

✔️ Optional — Use the Custom Order Form

If you prefer using a form or need to upload multiple images:

This form is helpful for:

  • Photo shirts

  • Memorial designs

  • Logo merch

  • Multi-image tumblers

  • Complex layout requests

2. What We Need From You

Whether you use checkout notes or the form, please provide:

  • Your full name

  • Design details (text, colors, layout, concept)

  • Images/logos (if needed)

  • Apparel/tumbler color

  • Personalization notes

  • Final confirmation before production

3. Processing Time

Processing begins after your design is approved, not at checkout.

  • Mockups are usually sent within 2–4 business days

  • Production takes 7–14 business days

  • Shipping: 3–7 business days (US)

Please check your email + spam folder for your proof.

4. Design/Setup Fees (If Applicable)

Most custom requests do NOT require a fee.
A design fee only applies if your request needs:

  • Heavy editing

  • Multiple photos

  • Background removal

  • Complex adjustments

  • Custom layout building

Possible Fees:

  • $5 — Simple but detailed editing

  • $10 — Complex or multi-photo edits

You will always be notified before any fee is added, and your order will not move forward without approval.

5. Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)

Pickup available in:

  • Texarkana, TX

  • Texarkana, AR

  • Atlanta, TX

  • Queen City, TX

Pickup hours:

  • Mon–Fri: until 6 PM

  • Sat–Sun: until 7 PM

You will receive instructions once your order is ready.

6. Important Reminders

  • Production cannot begin without your design notes or proof approval

  • All apparel sizes are unisex

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screens & printing

  • All sales are final (no returns/exchanges for size or customer error)

  • Missing information will delay processing
